Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of zypcrm.com (“ZypCRM”), operated by Yoorie. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
ZypCRM provides free tools that process files inside your own web browser. We do not receive, store or review the files you process. The tools are provided free of charge, without accounts, and we may change, add or remove tools at any time.
2. Your content and your rights to it
You are solely responsible for the files, images, text and other material you open, convert, trace, edit or otherwise process with the tools (“your content”), and for what you do with the results.
You must own your content or have the necessary rights, licences or permissions to use it in the way you intend. In particular:
- Only upload, trace, vectorise, recolour or convert images that you created, that you have a licence to modify, or that are in the public domain. Turning someone else’s artwork, logo, character or photograph into an SVG or cut file does not give you any rights to it, and selling products made from it may infringe copyright or trademark law.
- Logos and brand marks are often protected by trademark even when you have a picture of them. Vectorise a logo only if it is yours or your client has authorised you to.
- Do not use the tools to forge signatures or documents, to impersonate others, or to remove or obscure copyright notices, watermarks or other rights-management information belonging to someone else.
- The Unlock PDF tool is for removing a password you already know from a document you are entitled to open. It does not and will not crack unknown passwords.
- Do not use the Blur Faces, Passport Photo or Remove Background tools to create misleading or harmful images of real people.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website to break any law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to attempt to disrupt or overload the site, to scrape it in bulk, or to reverse-engineer it for the purpose of building a competing service in breach of the open-source licences that apply to its components.
4. Intellectual property
The website design, text, guides, example images and the ZypCRM name and logo are owned by Yoorie, unless otherwise stated. Open-source components remain under their own licences, listed on our licences page. The results you create with the tools belong to you, subject to the rights of anyone who owns the original material.
5. No warranty
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Conversions can lose formatting, compression changes image quality, and AI-based tools can make mistakes. Always keep your original files and check the result before relying on it – for example, before submitting a passport photo, signing a contract or cutting expensive material.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoorie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, materials or opportunity, arising from your use of the website. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer you keep the statutory rights you have where you live.
7. Third-party links and advertising
The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners, shown in clearly labelled spaces around the tools. Ads are third-party content: we do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for third-party websites, products or services. You must not click ads on purpose to generate revenue, use automated tools to view or click them, or encourage others to do so.
How ads use cookies, and how to accept, reject or change your choice, is explained in the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and on the Do Not Sell or Share page. Using ad blockers is your choice; the tools work either way.
7a. Privacy
Files you process are never uploaded; see the Privacy Policy. The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may restrict access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own country.
