The information and tools on ZypCRM are provided for general use. Please read the points below before relying on any result.

Results are not guaranteed

We test every tool with real files, but documents and images vary enormously. A conversion can drop formatting, a compressed image can lose detail, a traced SVG can miss a fine line, and a PDF produced by unusual software can behave unexpectedly. Keep your original files and check every result before you send, print, submit or cut it.

Passport and ID photos

The Passport Photo tool crops and sizes photos to the measurements published by governments and lists its sources on the page. It cannot check everything an official examiner checks – such as lighting, shadows, expression, glasses, background evenness, recent appearance or print quality – and rules change. Always confirm the current requirements with the official authority (for example the U.S. Department of State, HM Passport Office, or your local embassy) before you submit. Acceptance of a photo is decided only by the issuing authority.

PDF passwords and security

Protect PDF uses AES-256 encryption through the open-source qpdf library. Password protection is only as strong as the password you choose, and permission restrictions (such as “no printing”) are honoured by most PDF readers but cannot be enforced by any PDF on every reader. Do not rely on a PDF password as the only protection for highly sensitive information.

AI-based tools

Remove Background, Blur Faces and Passport Photo use machine-learning models. These models can miss a face, leave part of a background, or cut into hair or fine detail. Before you share an image to protect someone’s privacy, look at the result carefully and blur manually if needed.

Cutting machines and lasers

SVG, DXF and dithered PNG files produced by our vector tools are starting points. Sizes, line widths and cut settings depend on your machine, software and material. Test on scrap material first. Laser cutting and engraving have safety risks; follow your machine’s manual and never leave a laser unattended.

Not professional advice

Our guides explain how file formats and tools work. They are not legal, financial, medical or official government advice.

Advertisements are provided by Google AdSense and its partners and are always labelled “Advertisement”. We do not choose individual ads, we do not endorse advertised products, and an ad appearing next to a tool does not mean that product is recommended for the task. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to. Links in our guides are editorial: nobody pays us to include them, and we do not use affiliate links.
