ZypCRM never receives the files you process and does not sell personal information for money. However, when ads are enabled, allowing Google and its partners to use cookies for personalised (cross-context behavioural) advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in other US states.

What opting out does
- The Consent Mode signals
ad_user_dataandad_personalizationare set to denied, so Google does not use data from this site for personalised ads. - Ads you see, if any, will be non-personalised or contextual.

Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing, apply it automatically and show it above. You do not need to do anything else.
Other ways to opt out
- Reject Personalised ads in Cookie settings (the footer link on every page).
- Opt out of personalised ads from Google at Ads Settings, and from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. You may use an authorised agent.
Because the opt-out is stored in your browser, clearing site data removes it; set it again or use GPC. More information is in section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
