Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how zypcrm.com uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, cache, pixels and device identifiers), and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. “Similar technologies” include local storage, the browser cache and service workers, and identifiers used by ad systems. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work; others – such as advertising cookies – need your consent in many countries.
Your choices
- Use Cookie settings in the footer of every page (or ) to accept, reject or fine-tune optional cookies. Accept and Reject are always offered side by side.
- Rejecting optional cookies does not stop any tool from working.
- You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised Google ads at Ads Settings.
- US residents can opt out of “sale” or “sharing” on our Do Not Sell or Share page; we also honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically.
Categories we use
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
These are stored on your device only and are never shared.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
zyp-consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie choice | Until you change it (re-asked after 12 months) |
zyp-dns | Local storage | Remembers a “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out | Until you cancel it |
theme | Local storage | Remembers light/dark theme | Until you change it |
zyp-* tool settings | Local storage | Some tools remember your last input (e.g. Word Counter text) | Until you clear it |
| Service-worker cache | Cache storage | Makes the site fast and usable offline | Until you clear site data |
ZypCRM itself sets no HTTP cookies.
2. Advertising (only with consent where required)
When AdSense is enabled, Google may set or read cookies on the zypcrm.com domain and on Google domains (such as doubleclick.net and googlesyndication.com) to deliver ads, limit how often you see them, measure performance, prevent fraud and – if you allow Personalised ads – tailor ads to your interests. Typical Google advertising cookies include __gads, __gpi, __eoi, IDE, DSID, test_cookie and NID; durations range from the session up to 13 months. Google’s full, current list is in Google’s cookie information, and how Google uses data from partner sites is explained here.
3. Analytics (off)
We do not use analytics today. The analytics_storage signal stays denied unless you allow Analytics in Cookie settings.
How Google Consent Mode v2 works here
Before any ad script can run, the page sets four Consent Mode signals:
| Signal | Controls | Default in EEA, UK, Switzerland | Default elsewhere |
|---|---|---|---|
ad_storage | Advertising cookies | Denied | Granted |
ad_user_data | Sending ad-related user data to Google | Denied | Granted, denied if GPC or Do-Not-Sell is on |
ad_personalization | Personalised ads | Denied | Granted, denied if GPC or Do-Not-Sell is on |
analytics_storage | Analytics cookies | Denied | Granted (no analytics is installed) |
When you make a choice, the signals are updated immediately. If your browser’s time zone is in Europe, no ad script is loaded at all until you have chosen. If you reject, Google may show non-personalised ads that do not use advertising cookies.
For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google requires a Google-certified consent platform; when ads go live in those regions this banner will be replaced by Google’s own consent message, which works the same way and is reached from the same Cookie settings link.
