Reporting a problem with a tool

The quickest way for us to fix something is a short email with:

  1. the tool’s page address (for example zypcrm.com/compress-pdf),
  2. your browser and device (for example “Chrome 130 on Windows 11” or “Safari on iPhone 15”),
  3. what you expected and what happened instead, including any message the tool showed.

Because files are processed on your device, we never receive your files and cannot look at them unless you choose to email one to us. If a problem only happens with one particular document, a version with private details removed is ideal.

Suggesting a tool

Tell us the task you were trying to do. “Convert X to Y” is useful; “convert X to Y because the upload portal of Z only accepts Y under 500 KB” is even better, because it tells us which settings matter.

For questions about privacy, advertising cookies, or a data request under GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws (access, deletion, correction, opt-out), email the address above with “Privacy” in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. To opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, use the Do Not Sell or Share page – or simply turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We aim to reply within 7 days and will always reply within 30.

Advertising and business enquiries

We do not sell sponsored posts or paid links. For other business enquiries, use the same address with “Business” in the subject.

If you believe content on this website (our text or images) infringes your rights, email us with the page address and the details of your claim. Note that we do not host files that users process with the tools – those never leave the user’s own device.

Cookie settings

Choose which optional technologies may be used on this browser. Your choice is saved on this device only (in local storage) and is sent to Google using Consent Mode. Files you process are never uploaded, whatever you choose.
